Holding onto her big belly, the 32-year-old had no problem showing off her pregnancy curves in a very skimpy bikini.
Kim gave birth last Saturday at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles -- five weeks before her due date.
Little North is the first child for Kim and boyfriend Kanye West.
