When I first heard that Mr. Nice was making a comeback with Grandpa Records, I wrote on this blog and said it was never going to be a story, Mr. Nice will never make a come back in Kenya. I remember arguing about this with DNA’s sister, Tina Kaggia and I told her to just watch how the story unfolds. Well, just last week I talked to her and she said I was indeed right and that Mr. Nice has proven to be the most difficult artist Grandpa Records ever came across.
Now, Mr. Nice has found another record label to try and work with him and see if he makes a come back. Well, the story is the same. Mr. Nice has talent but lacks discipline to keep calm when a little attention and money comes his way. Now I lived in Dar es salaam for a while back in 2010 and I know a few things that maybe these record labels do not. I will not really go into details but I have to ask you to consider a few questions.
With an industry that is so big, why is it that Mr. Nice is not trying to make his comeback in his own country where his kind of music is more appreciated? His kind of music appeals to very few people in Nairobi, so maybe he would be better off going to Dar or Mombasa, but he will try to blame each person he works with.
Mr. Nice has a serious drinking problem and he refuses to admit it. He also gets excited too easily by attention, especially from women.
My advise to record labels, work on new talent. There is a lot of that in Kenya, let the uncontrollable Mr. Nice find himself something else to do. I repeat, Mr. Nice will never make a comeback in Kenya.Source:www.niaje.com

Tumia midomo yako,ulimi wako na meno yako kuchezea mdomo wake wa juu na wa chini na umbusu kwa msisimko mkubwa. Kunyonya ulimi pia huchangia kuongeza kasi ya mwanamke kwenda kileleni.(usafi wa kinywa kwa wote wawili ni muhimu). 2. UKE NA KINEMBE. Tumia kidole chako cha kwanza cha mkono wa kulia polepole pitisha katika mfereji wa uke ukianzia chini (kutokea kwenye matako) ukipandisha juu, fanya hivyo mara kadhaa. Kutegemea umbo lako na urefu, unaweza kuchanganya zoezi hili na kunyonya matiti yake na hapo utaona upumuaji wake ukibadilika na majimaji yakiongezeka kwenye uke. Kwa kawaida kinembe cha mwanamke kimejificha lakini ukifanya vizuri zoezi la hapo juu na chenyewe kama uume kitajaa damu na kuinuka. Kinembe kipo juu kabisa ya mfereji wa uke na kina ukubwa wa harage au kwa wanawake wengine huwa kidogo zaidi. Tumia kidole chako cha kwanza na taratibu zungusha zungusha kidole juu ya kinembe, pandisha na kushusha kidole chako na hapo unaweza kumfikisha kwenye kilele cha utamu wa mapenzi hata kabla ya hujaiingiza uume. International Criminal Court Prosecutor Fatou Bensouda arrives at the Serena Hotel, Nairobi October 25, 2012 for a news conference. Ms Bensouda has withdrawn three witnesses she intended to rely on in President Kenyatta's trial July 16, 2013. FILE  

 

Ms Bensouda informed interested parties in the case that she would apply to replace the witnesses if "suitable replacements" are found.

Heavily pregnant former Olympian, 26 year old Meskerem Legesse, suddenly collapsed and died while having lunch with her two year old son in a restaurant in Connecticut on Monday July 15th.

The Ethiopia runner, who was three weeks from her due date (pictured above minutes before collapsing) was given CPR at the restaurant before an ambulance rushed her to a hospital where she was declared dead. Fortunately the doctors were able to save her baby.

The cause of death was unclear but her friend told reporters that the professional runner had suffered heart problems in the past and that's why she retired early from sports. So sad! RIP, Meskerem!Source: linda ikeji blog

According to a story by Nigerian Tribune, a baby girl was born with prayer rosary wrapped around her neck yesterday July 14th in Bida, Bida LGA of Niger State.

The incident, which occurred around 2.00 p.m at Kotuworo area of the town, close to the home of Alhaji Bello Mansaba, the man with 86 wives, was said to have caused uproar, with people thronging the town to have a look at the baby born to Mrs Adijat and Mallam Issa, both of whom hail from Lama, Kwara State.

Nigerian Tribune further gathered that Adijat rushed to the home of a midwife, Abubakar Baiwa Shasha, where she was delivered of her baby girl.

Further checks, however, revealed that when the baby was about to be delivered, the nurse, it was gathered, saw to her surprise a black rosary round the neck of the child, which immediately turned white as soon as she was delivered.

It was further learnt that the midwife raised the alarm that attracted the attention of people in the neighbourhood

Speaking with newsmen, the nurse said when the baby was about to be delivered, she was surprised to see the rosary around her neck, adding that another surprise was that the rosary turned white upon delivery.
“I was really shocked when I saw the rosary,” she said.

When contacted, Mansaba, an Islamic scholar, told newsmen that the delivery of the child showed the greatness of God.
Also, Alhaji Mutairi Salau, who claimed the mother of the baby, Kadijat, is a friend to his wife, described the birth as miraculous, saying “it is only God that can exhibit such power as to cause a woman to deliver a child with a praying rosary.”
The baby was later taken to the palace of Etsu Nupe, where they were received and blessed by the traditional ruler , Alhaji Yahaya Abubukar.

Confirming the incident, the Emirate secretary, Alhaji Abdulmalik, when contacted, said the child was brought to the palace by the parents and she was prayed for by the royal father.

A woman (names withheld) gave birth to a strange looking child on Monday at the General hospital Kagarko, Kagarko local government, after several hours of labour.

Reports say the woman, an indigene of SabonIceh village, gave birth to a baby that looked more like a monkey with unusual ears and feet.

One of the nurses who attended to the woman said, “The pregnant woman was rushed to the hospital at about 7:30 am, Monday. And we immediately took her into the labour room.”

“The woman came in through the out-patient department (OPD) after seeing the doctor on call and I decided to rupture her because the cervix was fully dilated. After I ruptured her, fluid measuring about 26 litres gushed out after which she started bleeding. All this time, the baby was still in the womb.”

“When the bleeding persisted, I sent for the medical director and when she came, we went into the theatre to operate on the woman. In the process, the baby started coming out with the legs. So, the medical director asked me to stop and allow her to deliver the baby by herself. Speaking further, the nurse said, “She delivered the baby breech and when it came out, we discovered that it was an abnormal baby. It was half human and half animal. We lost the baby shortly after delivery.

The nurse who spoke on condition of anonymity said the baby weighed four kilograms adding that the mother of the baby is currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

“She lost a lot of blood so we have to give her blood,” she said.
